In total, the thighs should be fried for about 20 minutes. They are ready if, when they are removed and pricked with a fork in the thickest part, they release clear juices, without traces of blood.

10. When they are ready, carefully remove them from the hot oil and place them on a plate covered with absorbent kitchen paper.
