- Place the sautéed vegetables on top of the dough along with the tomato sauce and sprinkle a generous amount of Provencal herbs.
- Beat the eggs with the cream and season the mixture to taste. Pour this combination over the vegetables and tomatoes.
- Spread the cherry tomatoes on the surface of the salted cake.
- Bake everything together for 15 minutes or until the cake is set, let cool before unmolding.
