300g cheese
100g butter or margarine

500g sweet cow cheese
120g ham
½ hot green peppers
Cap capsicum or bell pepper
Gras fat yellow peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
We take the ham and cut it into very small cubes.

After we have spread the sheet, we put the filling on the entire surface of the sheet.

We start to run for a long time, helped by the foil on which we spread the cheese. We twist lightly and very tightly to the end, we lightly tighten at the ends the roll formed and we leave it tightly wrapped in the foil with which we rolled it.


Put the resulting roll in the refrigerator and leave it to cool to harden for at least 3 hours. After 3 hours, we can cut the roll into slices and serve it.

cool! I'll try it too. I knew the recipe in the dessert version, meaning the filling is a sour cream + vanilla powdered sugar + ground walnuts. it's insane and I think it's the same as your appetizer or sorry Mariana

When I was little and I lived in Cluj, I ate this roll at my friend's grandmother's. It was wonderful. Then, at one point, I moved from grandparents to parents in Bucharest and I haven't eaten this roll for about 15 years. When I found it on the site, I knew I had to do it. Therefore, I tried the recipe a few days ago. It was a success. Everyone ate with the greatest pleasure, especially since no one had ever eaten such a roll. Thank you very much for it.

1/2 l of milk is good, it is still mixed with 100 gr of flour and it comes out like a bechamel.


Appetizer Roll with Cream Cheese

Prepare 3 bowls and sift separately, the flour together with the baking powder, according to the quantities corresponding to each colored composition.
Add the black pepper in one and the white pepper in the other two. Stir.

Rub a little of all the yolks with salt in a glass bowl, then incorporate the oil with a whisk.
Add sour cream and beat until smooth.

Divide the composition into 3 equal parts and put the grated cheese in one, the chopped spinach in the other, and the tomato paste, beetroot and paprika in the third. Mix well.

Turn the baking tray over a damp towel, remove the baking sheet and roll immediately into a roll, using the towel. Leave to cool.

Filling
Mix all ingredients well.
Spread the filling evenly over the entire inner surface of the open top, then roll again.

Optionally, you can put slices of smoked salmon over cream cheese before rolling.
Let cool for a few hours, but best in the evening until morning.
